25 Sep – Liam Neeson has been confirmed to be part of the star-studded cast of "Ted 2". The "A Walk Among the Tombstones" actor will be joining the likes of Morgan Freeman, Mark Wahlberg and Amanda Seyfried in the upcoming sequel to 2012 comedy, "Ted".
Seth MacFarlane, the creator of animated sitcom "Family Guy", will once again be directing the movie as well as voicing the fun-loving titular teddy bear.
The movie is set for release on 26 June 2015 in the U.S. This time around the female leading role will be shouldered by Seyfried, but former female lead Mila Kunis is said to be making an appearance as well.
No word yet on what role Neeson will be playing in the movie, but Ted should probably toe the line in case the action star goes all 'Taken' on him thanks to the teddy bear's foul-mouth. Knowing MacFarlane's sense of humour, there is a pretty good chance that there will be a reference or two to Neeson's previous movies slipped in this comedy.
Neeson and Seyfried had previously appeared in MacFarlane's film, "A Million Ways To Die In The West" released back in May this year, for which MacFarlane had directed, written and starred in.
Neeson can be seen next in his upcoming movie "Taken 3", the third instalment in the "Taken" movie series, which is slotted for release in 2015.
