1 Oct – Everybody knows there is already a 24th "James Bond" movie in the making with Daniel Craig set to return, but what is not known yet is which leading lady has managed to snag the much coveted Bond Girl title.
Sexy, alluring, mysterious – no woman would say no to being honoured with the iconic role, and now word has it that "Diamonds" singer Rihanna has been handed the honour this time around. The singer, who has previously dabbled in small-time acting roles including one in 2012's "Battleship", is no stranger to being a seductive fox, as evident through her "S&M" song and her albums that tip more toward the provocative side.
The singer was reportedly offered the role but has not confirmed any involvement. However, HollywoodLife.com hints that there is a possibility that even if the singer does appear in the movie, it will only be in a small role or just a cameo. She might just be following Madonna's footsteps, where the latter only did a brief cameo while providing her full talent in the soundtrack department instead.
Then again, even if RiRi does not get to be the next Bond Girl, her voice on the main soundtrack would be good enough to make fans "Stay" for the movie.
Pre-production on the yet-to-be-named "James Bond" sequel is currently underway at Marrakech, Morocco. The movie is slotted for release end of 2015.
