Ben Affleck's solo "Batman" movie finally gets title

Ben Affleck will return in his upcoming solo Batman movie.

4 Oct
– Even though Zack Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice" was met with mixed reviews, there is one thing that many fans and casual moviegoers would agree on: Ben Affleck really nailed his role as the new Caped Crusader a.k.a. Batman!

Previously, Affleck confirmed that he would direct and star in his own solo Batman movie. Now, the 'Batfleck' movie, though still without a release date, finally has a title.

According to the Associated Press during an interview for Affleck's October thriller "The Accountant", he revealed the upcoming movie might be called "The Batman".

Here is what he had to say:

"The movie I think is going to be "The Batman". At least that's what we're going with right now. I might change it".

Affleck also revealed the script is currently in a working progress. "The script is going well. I'm really excited about it. And I assure you when there's anything that develops, you'll hear about it."

Apart from appearing as the Caped Crusader in "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice", Affleck also recently made a cameo appearance in "Suicide Squad" and will reprise his role in the 2017 DC superheroes team-up blockbuster, "Justice League Part One".
