Megan Fox tapped to play Poison Ivy for female led DC film

Megan Fox is certainly not foreign to comic book adaptations as she had also starred in
the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle" movies.

17 Dec – Hollywood bombshell, Megan Fox, is heavily rumoured to play the role of Poison Ivy in upcoming DC film, "Gotham City Sirens".

This was according to Bleeding Cool who speculated that Megan Fox is looking to play the character after she was spotted ordering a particular comic book title to her Warner Studios' address.

The comics that is said to be ordered by the actress include Harley Quinn #14 and #17 both of which feature Poison Ivy.

The cover is a pretty indicator on why there is this heavy speculation
on Megan donning the role.

Rumours are indeed flying high as just recently David Ayer announced that he is making a "Gotham City Sirens" movie with Margot Robbie reprising her role as the infamous Harley Quinn.

Based on the comic that the movie is being inspired from, the two female villains are to be featured alongside Harley Quinn which increases the possibilities of Poison Ivy appearing in the film.

To make things more promising, Megan Fox also previously said in an interview with Chinese media, CCTV, that she wishes to play the role of Poison Ivy in the future.

Putting all these little clues to place reveals Megan Fox as the best possible candidate to play the iconic female villain role.

But be reminded that for now all this remains a highly speculated rumour as no official word has come from Fox or Warner Bros. as of yet.
