17 Aug – A brand new TGV cinema is set to hold its opening tomorrow, Thursday, 18 August, at VivaCity Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak. The 8-screen cinema features one IMAX hall, the first in Sarawak, and one Beanie hall. In conjunction with the cinema's opening, free screenings of the new comedy movie, "Nine Lives", will be held this weekend. On Saturday, 20 August, the movie will be screened at the Family Friendly Hall at 11.30am. The next screening will be held on the same day at 4.15pm, this time at the Standard Hall. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and redemption for the tickets, while they last, can be made an hour before the screening. TGV VivaCity Megamall is the first TGV outlet in Kuching.
