19 Apr – "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" just had its first press screening in North America. Now, we know if we have a reason to stick through the movie until the very end. Apparently, we have five. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" sequel has 5 post-credit scenes. Yep, that's right. F-I-V-E, five. As in more than four and less than six. Screen Rant reported it first, stating that early reactions to the film have been extremely positive and the good reviews have also revealed that the film, apparently, has four post-credit scenes. The director, James Gunn, was quick to point out on Twitter that there are "well, five, actually."
Are they trying to win some award for most post-credit scenes in any superhero movie ever? Can we expect "Avengers: Infinity War" to end with a short film after the credits roll? (That would be awesome, though.) Four of the five are mid-credit bonus scenes and mostly for the 'LOL's with an additional one at the very end. At least two of the five are set-ups for future films, so fans better stay in their seats and pay close attention to each one. "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is said to also feature the Stan Lee cameo of all Stan Lee cameos. The former Marvel Comics CEO and icon has provided a cameo in pretty much every single Marvel related movie since 2000's "X-Men". With an all-new soundtrack of Awesome Mixtape #2, the film stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista with the voices of Vin Diesel and Bradley Copper as the Guardians of the Galaxy who must fight to keep their newfound family together. Star-Lord's true parentage is unravelled and old enemies become new allies as their adventure across the cosmos continues. "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will be released next week, on 27 April.
