2 Apr – As Marvel Studios gears up for their juggernaut movie "Avengers: Infinity War" and its sequel, a character from the movie might need to square off with a new villain immediately when he returns to his own standalone movie. "Doctor Strange" writers C. Robert Cargill and Scott Derrickson already have plans to include the fictional villain Nightmare as Doctor Strange's counterpart, if a "Doctor Strange" sequel was ever to be greenlit by Marvel Studios. According to MovieWeb, Cargill and Derrickson are committed to bringing the demonic character to the sequel though the movie is not yet confirmed by the studio. Nightmare is a demon ruler of the Dream Dimension who possesses the ability to draw power from people's dreams.
