10 Oct – Aaron Kwok has been selected to be this year's subject for the Actor Focus at the London East Asia Film Festival (LEAFF 2019), which is taking place from 24 October to 3 November. As reported on Mingpao, the actor, whose career and films will be the topic of discussion at this year's event, will also have his new movie "I'm Livin' It" premiere on 3 November as the festival's closing film. Aaron expressed his happiness over the recognition, saying that he hopes to attend the exchange and participate in the European premiere of the said movie.
"I look forward to communicating with filmmakers all over the world at the festival, to share my experience in shooting various films and promote Hong Kong films to the European audiences," he enthused. It is noted that the said film was previously selected to be part of the Asian Future segment at the 32nd Tokyo International Film Festival. Among other Aaron Kwok's films that will be featured as part of LEAFF's Actor Focus are the 2015 Philip Yung directorial debut, "Port of Call", and Aaron's award-winning 2006 film, "After This Our Exile".
