11 Jan – "Deadpool" actress Brianna Hildebrand is set to star in a family comedy movie alongside "Bumblebee" lead John Cena. In the upcoming "Playing with Fire", the 22-year-old will be playing the oldest of three orphaned siblings, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Her character, Brynn, is one of the rambunctious kids Cena's character will be taking care of in the movie, which follows a group of rugged wildfire fighters who rescued the three kids and spend Christmas weekend at the station taking care of them. The Paramount Players pic will have Andy Fickman as helmer, with a script written by Matt Lieberman ("The Christmas Chronicles", "The Addams Family").
Best known for her role as Negasonic Teenage Warhead from the "Deadpool" movie series, Hildebrand most recently starred in horror comedy "Tragedy Girls". She is also leading Netflix series, "Trinkets", as Elodie Davis. Premiering this year, the series based on Kirsten Smith's book of the same name follows three girls with an affinity for shoplifting who become friends after meeting at a Shoplifter's Anonymous meeting.
