24 Sep – It's been a few months since cinemas in Singapore were allowed to reopen, following the temporary closure that was enforced since 27 March in an effort to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, when cinemas reopened on 13 July, only 50 patrons are allowed per cinema hall. However, the multi-ministry task force has announced that as of next month, the capacity for cinema halls will be increased.
