9 Sep – Lily Collins recently announced that she has married fiancé, US director, Charlie McDowell. The couple shared the good news on 7 September with a photo from their nuptials held in Colorado, with Collins writing, "I've never wanted to be someone's someone more than I do yours, and now I get to be your wife. "On September 4th, 2021 we officially became each other's forever. I love you beyond [Charlie Mcdowell]..." she added.
On the other hand, the filmmaker wrote, "I married the most generous, thoughtful, and beautiful person I've ever known. I love you [Lily Collins]." Collins, who is daughter of English musician Phil Collins and his ex-wife, Jill Tavelman, and McDowell, son of actress Mary Steenburgen and actor Malcolm McDowell, were first rumoured to be dating in 2019, and announced their relationship in August the same year. The two got engaged in September last year.
