13 Oct – The internet went wild as "Back to the Future" stars Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reunited at the New York Comic Con recently. The two took to the stage to a huge applause in a video of the reunion that was shared on Twitter, with both the stars sharing about their time together filming the three hit Robert Zemeckis movies. Speaking about working with Fox, Lloyd, who was already filming the movie with the previous choice Eric Stoltz prior to the latter leaving and being replaced by Fox, stated that he didn't know anything about the "Teen Wolf" star prior to the movies. "And I felt that I had barely made it through the six weeks, and now I was going to have to do it again?" he said. Luckily, they clicked, as Lloyd said, "There was immediate chemistry, as they say."
On the other hand, Fox praised Lloyd, who played Doc Emmet Brown in the three "Back to the Future' movies, for his talent in exposition. "No one wants to do exposition because it's boring...The freaking thing is you retain it all, because he's just so good at it, and he's brilliantly entertaining... I would be like, 'I have to watch my ass, because this guy will blow me off the screen.'" Fans who saw the reunion took to Twitter to express their feelings at seeing both actors. One wrote, "If you were a teenager in 1985, then Michael J. Fox was your guy. Marty McFly in Back to the Future is the coolest teenager in history." Another posted, "It is safe to say that today belongs to Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd. As it should do. It's a beautiful moment in time."
