4 Aug – The highly-anticipated adaptation of Edward Ashton's novel, "Mickey7" has now begun production. The film, which has yet to have an official title, is now underway at the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Watford, England, sources said. It is the first collaboration with "Parasite" director Bong Joon-Ho and "The Batman" star Robert Pattinson, and revolves around an Expendable (a disposable employee) called Mickey7 who is sent on a dangerous mission to colonise the ice world Niflheim. Mickey7 later realises that while his body can regenerate into another body after his death, his memories are preserved.
Previously, it was reported that the movie has also cast other big names like Toni Collette, Mark Ruffalo, and Steven Yeun. The film is written by Bong himself.
