13 Oct – Veteran actor, Hisham Ahmad Tajuddin breathed his last at 4.30pm on 12 October at the Shah Alam Hospital (HSA), following more than a week-long coma. The news was shared by Hisham's daughter, Aqeela, who said that her father, who had been put in a medically-induced coma in the High Dependency Ward (HDW) since the end of last month, breathed his last surrounded by family members. "As I informed before, he died following a bacterial infection in the lungs. It spread to other organs until everything stopped working. I was told that my dad was in a bad state since last night, so, we as a family, went to be by his side since then," she said. Hisham was admitted to the hospital on 29 September after suffering from a prolonged severe cough. He was put in a medically-induced coma and was completely dependent on a support machine due to his inability to breathe normally. During his life, Hisham had starred in many films including "Tsu-Feh Sofiah" in 1986, "Perempuan" in 1988, as well as popular dramas such as "Dalam Hati Ada Cinta" and "Tok Ayah" (2014).
