The upcoming movie has cast "Elvis" star Austin Butler in the role of Feyd-Rautha, as well as two other new addition, Florence Pugh and Christopher Walken.

Other original stars including lead actors Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya will also be returning.

In a previous interview, Villanueve stated, "I cannot say nothing about the movie – I don't like to talk about projects as I am doing them – but it's probably going to be the biggest challenge of my career, again, because it's even more complex than Part One."

In addition to the sequel, HBO Max is also developing a spinoff series called "Dune: The Sisterhood".
