25 Jul – Following 2019's "Avengers: Endgame", Marvel Studios recently revealed that there will be two new Avengers films to be released in the future. The news was announced during the San Diego Comic-Con presentation, with Marvel head Kevin Feige revealing that the studio will be releasing two Avenger titles - "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty" on 2 May 2025, and "Avengers: Secret Wars" on 7 November of the same year. Kang in this case refers to the time traveling villain played by Jonathan Majors, who will appear in the upcoming "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania", while "Secret Wars", as previously reported, is a reference to the 2015 event related to the multiverse.
Feige also stated that the back-to-back Avengers films will wrap up Phase 6 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The first "Avengers" film was released back in 2012, followed by "Avengers: Age of Ultron" in 2015, "Infinity War" in 2018, and its follow-up "Endgame" the year after.
