15 Mar – Despite fans' interest to see him taking the helm from Hugh Jackman as the new Wolverine, "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe recently stated that there has been no offer coming his way. Speaking with ComicBook at the premiere of his new movie, "The Lost City" at the SXSW, Radcliffe said that he doesn't see himself chosen for the role, no matter if fans think he is suitable for it, especially due to his height. "So many times, people come to me like, 'Hey man, heard the Wolverine news, that's pretty cool.' No, I don't know anything about it," he said. "Like, I appreciate that somebody is clearly going like 'Wolverine's actually short in the comic books, you should get like a short guy to do it!' But I don't see myself, I don't see them going from Hugh Jackman to me." "But who knows? Prove me wrong, Marvel" he added.
In previous interviews, the British actor stated that he is a big fan of "X-Men", which is why he would rather not be in one. "Most of the films that I love I don't think I would want to see remade, And I certainly don't think that I would want to be in the remakes of them," he added.
