Ryan Reynolds denies Deadpool is in "Doctor Strange" sequel

18 Feb – Ryan Reynolds recently denied that his superhero character Deadpool is part of the upcoming Doctor Strange sequel, "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness."

The actor, who spoke to Variety to promote his new movie, "The Adam Project" recently, said as much when asked to clarify the many theories made by fans following the release of the film's trailer during Super Bowl.

"I'm really not in the movie. I'm promising, I'm not in the movie."

Reynolds, however, assured that the third instalment of "Deadpool" is "coming along."

In a previous interview with Collider, the actor shared that he is currently writing movie number three, saying, "It's something that is just a daily process. Writing is kind of like that, you've gotta allot time to do it and walk away, and I'm working with the Molyneuxs on it, it's been great. They're incredibly talented and so, so smart. They so understand that world and know how to zig when everyone's expecting a zag, so it's been a lot of fun."
