5 Oct - Marvel has now found its scribe for the highly ambitious "Avengers" movie, "Secret Wars", which will be released in 2025. Michael Waldron, most known for being the head writer on the Disney+ series, "Loki", will be writing the script for the project, which will close the Multiverse Saga of the MCU.
It is noted that Waldron, who also penned "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness", had a key role in introducing the multiverse as well as its villain, Kang, to be played by Jonathan Majors. The upcoming film has yet to find its director.
On the other hand, Marvel previously hired Destin Daniel Cretton, the director of "Shang-Chi" to helm the other "Avengers" movie, "The Kang Dynasty", which has May 2025 as its release date. "Secret Wars" is due to come out five months after the events of the aforementioned film.
