1 Dec – Despite the continuous delays of his new film, "Dhruva Natchathiram", Gautham Menon is adamant that the movie will be shown to the audience sooner or later. Following the most recent postponement for its latest release date of 24 November, the filmmaker released a statement, which read, "When we announced the release date as 24th of November, we tried moving mountains to make it happen. We would be lying if we said we're not disappointed with not being able to meet the date. This note is to assure the audience that we've not given up on the film."
"We are doing everything within our power and beyond to cross these hurdles and get Dhruva Natchathiram out in theatres for you," the statement added.
He concluded by saying that the film will soon see the light of day and that they can't wait to embark on the cinematic journey with the audiences. The spy thriller, which had been in the making for over six years and stars Chiyaan Vikram, Ritu Varma, and R Parthiban, had been embroiled in financial and legal troubles since its early days.
