17 Nov – Rumour has it that Marvel has started its round of casting for "Fantastic Four", and that Pedro Pascal is now in talks to play Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic. According to sources, the studio has reportedly began casting processes following the end of the actors strike earlier this month, though Marvel itself has declined to comment about Pascal's supposed casting.
It is noted that the actor is already inundated with projects, what with starring in HBO's "The Last of Us", and Disney+'s "The Mandalorian". He was also cast to star in Ridley Scott's "Gladiator 2" and may be returning to the project now that the strike is over.
Meanwhile, no news as to the actors who will be cast as The Invisible Woman/Susan Storm, The Thing/Ben Grimm, and Human Torch/Johnny Storm. Prior to Pascal, Reed Richards was most recently seen played by John Krasinski in the 2022 film, "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness". The character was also played by Ioan Gruffudd and Miles Teller in previous "Fantastic Four" movies.
