26 Sep - Rapper 50 Cent revealed that he is set to produce a documentary detailing Sean "Diddy" Combs' abuse case for Netflix.

In a statement to the media, a rep for the rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, confirmed that the documentary will not be a story "with significant human impact."

"It is a complex narrative, spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far," said the rep.

They continued, "We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives. While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs's story is not the full story of hip hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture's broader contributions."

It is noted that Netflix has commissioned the said documentary earlier this year, back when Diddy was still under investigation.

50 Cent has always been known to be very critical of the Bad Boy mogul, having spoken about how he has never attended Diddy's parties and has hinted on the rapper's strange behaviours.

"He asked to take me shopping," said 50 Cent in a previous interview. "I thought that was the weirdest s*** in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman. And I'm just like, 'Naw, I'm not f***** with this weird energy or weird s***,' coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn't comfortable around him."

Diddy was arrested on 16 September, and was denied bail as he was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering among others.
