24 May - Now that "Sheriff: Narko Integriti" has become the biggest movie of the year to-date, Syafiq Yusof is prepping up for its sequel.

The filmmaker, who was asked about movie number two following the film's RM 60.5 million cume, said that he is currently in the process of getting new ideas for the script.

"I am thankful that the movie has made more than 60 million, and because of that, I agreed to write the second film. Please pray that everything will be made ease," he said.

At the same time, Syafiq is also elated that the film is releasing in Indonesia in 100 theatres, as well as limited release in Hong Kong.

"This is my first film that has broken into the Hong Kong market, and the same goes for Skop Productions," he added.
