"Venom: The Last Dance" continues to do well at the box office

All this power isn't so bad

5 Nov - "Venom: The Last Dance" continues to do well in the international box office as it enters its second weekend.

The movie, which opened at USD 175 million globally last week, has added another USD 68.4 million internationally and USD 26.1 million in the US, bringing the total global cume of USD 317 million.

The success of the film outside of the US may have something to do with its success in China, as it has already beaten the record set by James Cameron's 2021 re-release of "Avatar" in the country.

"The Wild Robot remains in second place

Meanwhile, "The Wild Robot" is still staying strong in second place when it comes to the US box office, earning another USD 5.5 million in the US to a total gross of USD 269 million since its release on 27 September.

On the other hand, the horror flick "Smile 2" made it to third place as it crosses the USD 100 million mark at the global box office.
