Ajith Kumar's "Vidaa Muyarchi" set for Deepavali release
21 Jun - It was reported that Ajith Kumar's upcoming new movie "Vidaa Muyarchi" may be released on Deepavali as planned.

The news was revealed by the actor's manager, Suresh Chandra to the media recently, saying that the Magizh Thirumeni movie is still aiming for a Deepavali release and that no change of date has been determined for now.

Ajith has recently wrapped up his shoot in India and has already departed to Azerbaijan for the film's final schedule that will begin on 24 June.

Following the wrap-up, he will then continue to shoot his other movie, "Good Bad Ugly" in late July or early August.

It is noted that Ajith's last film that was released on Deepavali was "Vedalam" in 2015. Other movies aiming for Deepavali release include Suriya's "Kanguva" and the Ajay Devgn-starrer "Singham Again".
