22 Sep - It was reported that Tom Holland has been injured on the set of the new Spider-man movie, "Brand New Day".

The injury reportedly has caused a brief pause to production, after Holland sustained a mild concussion on the set at Watford's Leavesden Studios on 19 September, one of the primary locations for the fourth installment of Spider-Man.

According to sources close to the production, Holland was immediately treated on-site and later taken to a medical facility for evaluation. Fortunately, the actor is said to be in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.

"It was a precautionary pause," said one insider. "Tom is doing well, but everyone agreed it's best to give him a few days to rest before resuming work."

"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, and sees the return of Zendaya alongside Sadie Sink, Tramell Tillman, and Liza Colón-Zayas.

Filming is expected to resume within the next week, depending on Holland's recovery timeline.
