3 Jun - Alia Bhatt's much-anticipated spy flick "Alpha" has been moved forward a few days earlier than originally scheduled.

The movie, which was originally slated for release on 10 July, will now be screened on 3 July, after "Dhamaal 4" had its release date moved to 17 July.

Said one source, "Alpha has already seen quite many delays, and the studio wants to give it a grand release. The film is quite anticipated by fans as of now, with social media chatters adding to the buzz."

"With no major release planned for July 3, the makers felt it was the right date to release the film," the source added.

The upcoming movie, which is a part of the YRF Spy Universe, is the first female-centric film of the franchise. It also stars Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Sharvari among others.
