26 Mar - Datuk Yusof Haslam recently revealed that he is courting both Que Haidar and Nur Fazura for an upcoming film to be directed by son, Syafiq Yusof.

The Skop Production owner, who spoke to the media at the gala premiere of the company's new film, "Malaikat Malam," stated that he is truly interested to have Que to star in his new movie following his return to the big screen through "Malaikat Malam", and to pair him up with Nur Fazura, whom the actor has been romantically linked to for the past couple of months.

"This is actually quite confidential, so I can't share much. I also had just spoken to Que and Fazura about this and they were like, 'Okay, let's discuss it later'. So, for now, we're still in a discussion stage," he said.

Yusof stated that the plan is for the movie to begin shooting at the end of the year, and that the script is already in the works.

It is noted that Que, real name Tengku Iskhan Shah, recently made his industry comeback after 16 years of hiatus. The recently released Skop Production's "Malaikat Malam" is his first movie since 2014's "Ophilia".

Meanwhile, Fazura has previously revealed that she has retired from the small screen, but has no issue negotiating for big screen and OTT projects. The actress was last seen in the 2024 film, "Pendekar Awang: Darah Indera Gajah".
