"One Battle After Another" gets a Best Picture win

5 Jan - Although "Sinners" won four accolades at the Critics Choice Awards, it was Paul Thomas Anderson's "One Battle After Another" that emerged the biggest winner.

The film, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead, won Best Picture at the event held on 4 January, with Anderson winning Best Director for the movie as well as Best Adapted Screenplay.

However, DiCaprio did not win Best Actor. The actor lost to Timothee Chalamet for his performance in "Marty Supreme".
