The cast and crew of "Tarung: Unforgiven" at Gala Premiere

7 May - Razaisyam Rashid recently revealed that his new movie, "Tarung: Unforgiven" has used no stunt performer for any of its action and fight scenes.

The filmmaker, who spoke to the media at the gala premiere of the movie earlier this week, said that all the action sequences were done by the actors themselves to show realism.

"Whether it was Mierul Aiman, Aedy Ashraf or Ubai, all of the action scenes are done by them. The same goes to Azira Shafinaz, who plays Dahlia in the movie. All of her emotional scenes, she did it just as I required her to do," he said.

Razaisyam stated that he is thankful that all of the actors had given him their highest commitment without any issue.

"No matter who they are or how big they are, they came to the set with humility and gave their full commitment to the film," he added.

"Tarung: Unforgiven" stars Mierul Aiman as Hatta, a former silat champion, is haunted by his past following a tragic incident. In a desperate attempt to save his sister, he accepts an offer from Paduka Badrul to fight in an underground ring. Unbeknownst to him, his opponent is Isa-a former friend turned enemy, driven by deep-seated resentment.

"Tarung: Unforgiven" premieres in 148 cinemas nationwide on 7 May 2026
