12 Jan – It looks like the Chalamet has beaten DiCaprio again, this time at the Golden Globes. Timothee Chalamet, who previously bested the "One Battle After Another" actor at the Critics Choice Awards, has again emerged victorious for his performance in "Marty Supreme" in the category of Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy award. Taking the stage to accept his accolade, Chalamet yet again stressed that he is very much in love with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, saying, "For my parents, for my partner, I love you." It is noted that Chalamet also addressed Jenner when he won at the Critics Choice last week, thanking her for their "foundation".
Expressing gratitude to everyone involved in the movie, he also expressed, "My dad instilled in me a spirit of gratitude growing up. Always be grateful for what you have. It's allowed me to leave this ceremony in the past empty-handed, my head held high, grateful to just be here, but I'd be lying if I didn't say those moments didn't make this moment that much sweeter." On the other hand, Rose Byrne won the Actress part of the same category for her performance in "If I Had Legs I'd Kick You".
