Kota Kinabalu International Film Festival 2017 (KKIFF 2017) is set to be held from 9 to 16 of July in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
This festival is a part of the Kota Kinabalu Arts Festival is an annual event that usually takes place in June, it heralds a month that highlights the performing arts including jazz, song, dance and movies.
The festival is aimed at promoting and cultivating alternative cinema culture in Sabah while at the same time create a platform for local Sabah filmmakers to showcase their works.
