Married couple and retired superheroes, Bob and Helen Parr AKA Mr Incredibles and Elastigirl decided to live a quiet suburban life with their three children, Violet, Dash and Jack Jack who also have innate superpowers, in order to blend in with normal humans. However, the family was forced to get into action and save the world when Bob got accidentally involved with a superhero wannabe villain, Syndrome who wanted to get rid of every superheroes on earth.
Bob dan Helen Parr, juga dikenali sebagai Mr Incredibles dan Elastigirl, merupakan sepasang suami isteri dan hero yang telah bersara.
