Directed by Mike Disa, "Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil" follows Red (Hayden Panettiere), Granny (Glenn Close), Wolf (Patrick Warburton) and Twitchy. At the start of the movie, Red trains with the Sister Hoods as the other three try to infiltrate the house of a Witch who has kidnapped Hansel and Gretel.

Hansel (Bill Hader) and Gretel (Amy Poehler) who are far from being two innocent little kidnap victims, are big brats in cahoots with the witch to turn the tables on the Red and to destroy the city.

The plots have twists and turns that take you all the way to the end of the movie. However, the plot and animation does not come close to what the first part gave. With also Martin Short replacing Jim Belushi as the Woodsman, you wish the stellar vocal cast had just been allowed to made up their own lines rather than stick to the script, which comes across as boring and lame.

All in all, "Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil" is recommended to everyone that is if you don't mind the average animation.
