After losing his younger brother at a young age, orphan Sunny adopts a new younger brother named Verdy and spend their time together at the orphanage. The two are separated when Verdy is taken in by a wealthy family. Years later, Verdy becomes a successful and wealthy man, but while he is on a holiday with his fiance, he is kidnapped by a gang of pirates. The pirates` objective is not ransom but the death of Verdy and the industrial secret he possesses. Things turn worse when Verdy finds out that one of the pirate leaders is his long-separated brother Sunny.

Selepas kehilangan adik lelakinya pada usia muda, Sunny mengambil adik angkat baru bernama Verdy dan menghabiskan masa mereka bersama di rumah anak yatim. Kedua-dua mereka sentiasa bersama sehinggalah Verdy diambil oleh keluarga kaya. Selepas bertahun, Verdy menjadi seorang yang berjaya dan kaya tetapi ketika dia sedang bercuti dengan tunangnya, dia diculik oleh sekumpulan lanun. Objektif mereka bukan wang tebusan tetapi kematian Verdy dan rahsia industri yang dimilikinya. Perkara menjadi lebih buruk apabila Verdy mendapat tahu salah seorang ketua lanun adalah abangnya Sunny.
