Sam Grover (Emraan Hashmi) is a struggling news reporter. Even though his talk show is at the pinnacle of success, his personal life has turned upside down due to problems with his wife (Sagarika Ghatge). Seeing no way out, he accepts an assignment offered by a dynamic media tycoon named Lisa (Neha Dhupia), which he believes can make him millions. However, unbeknownst to Sam, Lisa and one of India`s richest men, Roger Khanna (Aditya Pancholi), are playing a deadly game of cat and mouse with him, which plunges him into a vortex of violence. Beneath the veneer of glamour, money, power and the enviable life of media, lays a truth that is at once unbelievable and shocking.

Sam Grover (Emraan Hashmi) adalah seorang wartawan yang sedang bekerja keras untuk berjaya dalam kariernya. Walaupun kejayaan rancangan temubualnya sedang meningkat naik, namun kehidupan peribadinya dilanda konflik disebabkan masalah dengan isteri (Sagarika Ghatge). Setelah gagal mencari jalan keluar, Sam menerima satu tugasan yang ditawarkan oleh pengusaha media kaya bernama Lisa (Neha Dhupia), yang dilihat boleh memberinya keuntungan besar. Walaubagaimanapun, tanpa diketahui Sam sendiri, Lisa dan Roger Khanna (Aditya Pancholi), iaitu salah seorang lelaki terkaya di India, mempunyai rancangan jahat yang telah mengakibatkan Sam terjerumus kepada jenayah.
