After losing his mother, 9-year-old Finn has been living with his carpenter father in the countryside. Finn always has a strong interest in music but his father wants him to play football like all the other kids his age. One day, Finn goes to an abandoned farm and meets an old man who plays the violin so beautifully, he becomes enchanted by the music. Every day, Finn secretly goes to the farm to practice violin while his father thinks that he has been going to football practice.

Selepas kehilangan ibunya, seorang budak lelaki berusia 9 tahun, Finn, tinggal dengan bapanya yang merupakan seorang tukang kayu. Finn mempunyai minat yang mendalam terhadap muzik tetapi bapanya mahu dia bermain bola sepak seperti budak-budak lain yang sebaya dengannya. Satu hari, Finn telah ke sebuah ladang terbiar dan bertemu dengan seorang lelaki tua yang bermain biola dengan begitu merdu sekali, dia nyata terpesona dengan alunan muzik itu. Setiap hari, Finn secara rahsia telah pergi ke ladang itu untuk berlatih biola sementara bapanya fikir dia pergi ke latihan bola sepak.
