Cowboys (EFF)

A dark comedy based on an award-winning Croatian play, which follows a successful theatre director named Sasha, who has been given the chance to revive his hometown`s neglected local theatre. Because the city doesn`t have any actors, only inexperienced candidates show up at the auditions for the theatre`s new show. Undeterred, he casts them, forming a new ensemble of misfits to star in a play based on classic Hollywood Westerns. Pulling off the play proves to be a challenge as they break every rule of stagecraft while doing so, but gradually the actors begin to view it as a metaphor for their own fates and start working hard on the play.
Sebuah komedi gelap mengisahkan seorang pengarah teater terkenal bernama Sasha, yang telah diberi peluang untuk memberi nafas baru kepada panggung teater di kampung halamannya yang lama terbiar. Oleh sebab bandar itu tidak mempunyai pelakon, hanya calon-calon tidak berpengalaman yang tampil ke uji bakat untuk pementasan baru teater tersebut. Setelah memilih mereka, dia telah menubuhkan sebuah kumpulan baru yang kekok untuk membintangi sebuah pementasan berdasarkan filem koboi Hollywood klasik. Para pelakonnya melanggar setiap peraturan demi menghadapi cabaran menjayakan pementasan itu. Namun apabila mereka mula menganggap ia sebagai takdir, mereka mula bekerja keras untuk menjayakan pementasan tersebut.
