Klumpfisken (EUFF)

45-year-old Kesse is a third generation fisherman based in a rural part of Northern Denmark. The life and ways of the modern age are putting pressure on the smaller fishermen who needs to compete with larger fishing enterprises, and Kesse is struggling to keep his fishery business going. Due to increasing financial pressure, Kesse is forced to find alternative ways to solve his problem, and this leads to him meeting and falling in love with Gerd, a female Marine Biologist from Copenhagen.
Kesse adalah nelayan generasi ketiga yang berpengkalan di pedalaman Denmark Utara. Zaman baru telah memberi tekanan kepada nelayan-nelayan dan Keese terpaksa bergelut untuk menyelamatkan perniagaan perikanannya. Caranya untuk menyelamatkan perniagaan telah membawanya bertemu dengan Gerd, ahli Biologi Marin dari Copenhagen yang mana kemudian dia telah jatuh cinta walaupun mereka tidak sefahaman. Keese sekarang perlu membuat keputusan sama ada untuk terus berjuang untuk sesuatu yang diketahuinya atau cuba memulakan hidup baru.
