Somewhere in the future, an ultimate resort named Vice has been created by Julian Michaels. Vice is a heaven-like resort with no laws and clients can have anything from their wildest fantasies. The resort is complete with artificial inhabitants who look, behave, think, feel and act like humans. Everything goes well until one of the artificial inhabitants becomes self-aware and escapes, but ends up getting caught in the conflict between Julian and a cop who aims to shut down Vice.

Filem ini mengisahkan sebuah resort yang diberi nama Vice, yang dimiliki oleh Julian Michaels. Vice merupakan sebuah resort indah yang tidak mempunyai undang-undang dan pengunjung boleh melakukan apa sahaja yang diinginkan. Resort itu juga mempunyai pekerja buatan seperti manusia, yang boleh melihat dan berfikir. Semuanya berjalan dengan lancar, sehinggalah salah seorang daripada pekerja itu berusaha melepaskan diri tetapi terjerumus ke dalam konflik antara Julian dan seorang pegawai polis yang ingin menutup Vice.
