Man Cho is celebrating Aunt Q`s birthday but the happy day doesn`t last long as he receives terrible news regarding his own cancer diagnosis. With less than a year to live, Man Cho goes on a self-searching journey to rediscover himself and find the purpose of living his remaining days.
Sejak Kwan-Ho dan Szeto Lai-Sun berpindah ke Amerika Syarikat selepas berkahwin, Man-Cho, rakan perniagaannya Wing dan anak perempuan Wing, Tin-Tin, mengambil keputusan untuk kembali pulang ke Macau tinggal bersama Aunty Q. Masa berlalu, bekas isteri Wing tiba-tiba muncul meminta hak penjagaan anak Tin-Tin. Wing mengikut kehendak bekas isterinya. Satu hari Man-Cho menerima berita yang Lai-Sun meninggal dunia dalam satu kemalangan, yang mana Kwan-Ho kemudian pulang ke Macau. Tahun kemudian, Tin-Tin kembali dan mengumumkan akan menjadi isteri Man-Cho. Kwan-Ho kurang senang dengan berita itu. Ketika mereka gembira kembali bersama, penyakit kanser tekak Man-Cho didapati telah merebak ke otak dan dia mempunyai masa kurang setahun untuk hidup.
