A boat captain and his mate are getting ready to set the next ship on sail when they discover the dead body of Mia, the wife of the boat`s owner, hanged gruesomely on the ship`s mast. To avoid shocking the passengers, the captain decides to hide the body and get rid of it by later throwing it in the middle of the sea. Once the ship sets sail, the body suddenly disappears. Mia`s spirit begins to roam the ship, causing havoc and haunting the passengers and sailors onboard who have nowhere to run to as they are surrounded by the stormy sea. The only way for them to save themselves is to find Mia`s missing body. At the same time, they will also have to figure out who murdered Mia.

Pada satu malam, kapten bot dan anak kapal Nong bersiap sedia untuk meneruskan pelayaran mereka. Tetapi mereka telah terjumpa sesuatu mengejutkan iaitu mayat isteri pemilik bot bernama Mia yang digantung di tiang bot. Penemuan mayat itu mencetuskan kekecohan di antara anak kapal. Kapten itu mengambil keputusan untuk membuang mayat itu di tengah laut. Bagaimanapun perkara lain terjadi apabila mayat yang disembunyikan di bilik enjin hilang. Roh Mia telah bebas dan mencetuskan panik di tengah lautan. Mia telah mengganas, dan anak kapal tidak dapat melarikan diri. Keadaan semakin teruk apabila ribut melanda. Cara untuk menyelamatkan bot dan semua orang adalah dengan mencari mayat Mia.

The Good, the Bad and the Dead Shipmates:

• Although the film had a simple premise, the variety of scares will keep you at the edge of your seat throughout the movie.

• The film uses a number of traditional scares but they all work perfectly as the scares happen unexpectedly.

• Furthermore, the tension is built since the beginning of the film, causing the audience to become wary of every single rooms, doors or items in the film.

• The main characters in the film are lovable and quirky and the humour really blends well with the horror.

• The film had an unnecessary side-plot of romance which feels kind of forced and unnatural.
