Picking up some time after the events in the first movie, Sean Lau is now the Commissioner of Police after the successful rescue operation. However, things turn bad when his wife and daughter are kidnapped. Sean has to seek help from former rival and retired DCP, Waise Lee, to return to his job to help save Sean`s wife and child.

The Good, the Bad and the Attempted Escape:

• The movie will keep you engaged with its intense plot and dynamic action that will lure you to the edge of your seats the whole time.

• The action scenes in this movie are definitely far more superior to its predecessor which is quite a rare case with Hong Kong films.

• It is fun and interesting to see how the characters communicate with one another, trying to outwit each other for supremacy, but the mastermind of who's controlling each of them is the most exciting aspect of all!

• However despite all the tension built throughout the film, the climax was unexpectedly dull.
