Living with his constantly nagging mother and no father, friends or even a favourite food, 16-year-old Mike Tyson is left with only one wish - to end his life. After writing his own obituary and shooting himself in the head, Mike awakens the next day on a hospital bed, much to his disappointment. However, during an examination, the doctors discover a tumour in Mike`s head. Not wanting to undergo surgery, Mike decides to keep the news to himself. He starts to re-evaluate his life and, on a chance encounter, meets a girl he starts having feelings for.

Tinggal bersama ibunya yang sering berleter dan tanpa bapa, rakan dan juga makanan kegemaran, seorang remaja berusia 16 tahun, Mike Tyson, hanya mempunyai satu hasrat iaitu membunuh diri. Selepas menulis nota dan menembak dirinya sendiri di kepala, Mike kecewa apabila terjaga keesokan harinya di hospital. Bagaimanapun ketika pemeriksaan, doktor menemui tumor di otaknya. Tidak mahu menjalani pembedahan, Mike ambil keputusan untuk merahsiakan berita itu daripada ibunya. Dia mula menilai semula hidupnya dan jatuh cinta dengan seorang gadis.
