Hotel Transylvania 2

Everything seems to be changing for the better at Hotel Transylvania. Dracula has finally loosened his strict monster-only hotel policy, opening up its doors to human guests as well. But Drac is getting worried that his adorable half-human, half-vampire grandson, Dennis, isn`t showing signs of being a vampire. So while Mavis is busy visiting her human in-laws with Johnny - and in for a major cultural shock of her own - "Vampa" Drac enlists his friends Frank, Murray, Wayne and Griffin to put Dennis through a "monster-in-training" boot camp. Things are about to get batty, however, when Drac`s grumpy old school dad, Vlad, pays the family a visit at the hotel; and finds out that not only is his great-grandson half-human, humans are now also welcome at Hotel Transylvania.

The Good, the Bad and the Half-Dracula:

The sequel of 2012's "Hotel Transylvania" returns to the screen with more witty jokes and comedy, bringing endless laughter and happy moments to the audiences.

The film follows Count Dracula's hilarious efforts of trying to bring out the inner monster within his grandson Dennis who is the son of Mavis and Johnny - making him half-human and half-monster.

Like every other Adam Sandler's movie, some of the jokes make no sense and are just plain silly, but since this an animation movie, somehow the jokes work and hits right on the spot.

There are a number of contemporary elements in the movie such as the usage of social media, new technology like smartphones, mixed-race kids, Cookie Monsters and Fifth Harmony.

Voice-acting wise, every cast seems to deliver their role pretty well, especially Asher Blinkoff, who voices five-year old Dennis. His "Blah, blah, blah" moment is simply too adorable to handle.

The film has a very decent and heart-warming overall message which is to accept people for who they are regardless of their race or background, and not forcing them into becoming what they are not or how we want them to be.

Overall, the film is full of fun and will definitely tickle your funny bone. It is an enjoyable and satisfying film suitable for both adults and children alike.
