This movie is the sequel to 2012`s "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel". Sonny Kapoor (Dev Patel), soon to be married to the love of his life Sunaina (Tina Desai), dreams of owning a second hotel following the success of his first venture, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel for the Elderly and Beautiful. The first hotel has only one room available now, making it a problem for new arrivals Guy (Richard Gere) and Lavinia (Tamsin Greig). Several other complications occur and the co-manager of the hotel, Muriel (Maggie Smith), might be the one who knows how to fix them as she is the keeper of everyone`s secrets.

• The storyline is entertaining, with good humour elements throughout the whole show and a smattering of laugh-out-loud lines that's similar to the first movie.

• In terms of acting, Judi Dench and Bill Nighy have once again done an excellent job with their roles and seeing their tentative romance unfold is really a joy to watch.

• Just like the first film, this film allows you to reunite with an incredible cast and their charming characters, which it could also be one of the reasons that made the first film such a hit.

• Dev Patel who plays Sonny Kapoor was not raised in India. He was born and raised in Britain (born in Harrow, London). His parents were both born in Kenya.
