When Max`s dysfunctional family fights over the holidays, he becomes disappointed and turns his back on Christmas. But his lack of festive spirit has angered Krampus, a beast-like creature with demonic appearance who punishes non-believers - a total opposite of Santa Claus.

The Good, the Bad and the Naughty Kid:

• The film might not be a typical film to bring out the wholesome holiday spirit, but it is certainly a refreshing take away from the usual predictable Christmas films.

• Look out for some really genuine scares which might serve as lessons for the kids to learn.

• Of course, the film isn't too terrifying, so some nice comedic moments were also thrown in to balance up the story.

• The fun and exciting moments in the film takes place in the middle and throughout the end.

Trivia:

• In Europe where the myth originates, Krampus is a goat-like demonic creature that accompanies St. Nicholas to terrorise naughty children.
