Adapted from the non-fiction book "A Long Way Home" by Saroo Brierley. Five-year-old Saroo accidentally boards a wrong train that takes him thousands of miles away from his home and his family. With no way of going back, Saroo faces many challenges and is finally adopted by an Australian family. 25 years later, he learns a new technology called Google Earth and is determined to find his long lost family with it.

Ketika berusia lima tahun, Saroo secara tidak sengaja salah menaiki keretapi yang membawanya beribu batu jauh dari rumah dan keluarganya.
