In the prequel of the live-action "Train to Busan", a man is desperately searching for his runaway daughter who becomes a prostitute. Amidst his search, a homeless man at Seoul Station goes insane and starts to attack and spread his insanity and virus to other people. The government is then forced to shut down certain area as a zombie pandemic has been unleashed.

Dalam filem prekuel kepada filem "Train to Busan" ini, ia mengisahkan tentang seorang lelaki terdesak mencari anak perempuannya yang melarikan diri menjadi pelacur. Ketika sedang dalam pencarian, seorang lelaki gelandangan di Seoul Station telah menjadi gila dan mula menyerang dan menyebarkan virusnya kepada orang. Pihak kerajaan terpaksa menutup beberapa kawasan sebagaimana epidemik zombi mula menular.
