The Emoji Movie

The emojis have come alive! They live inside their own secret world in the text app of a phone. One of them, Gene, is supposed to have the same `meh` look as his parents but a glitch causes him unable to control his expressions, making his face capable of expressing more than just `meh`. Wanting to be "normal", he has to find a way to fix the glitch.
Emoji menjalani kehidupan di dunia rahsia mereka dalam aplikasi telefon. Salah satu daripada mereka, Gene, sepatutnya mempunyai rupa 'meh' sama seperti kedua ibu bapanya tetapi gangguan telah menyebabkan dia tidak dapat mengawal ekspresinya, menjadikan dirinya mampu melakukan lebih daripada ekspresi 'meh'. The Good, the Bad and the Emoji World :

• The movie is probably the biggest animated flop of the year, and it's not even from a small-time studio.

• It is basically one giant advertisement for apps, and not to mention it is the kind of overdone branding that people hate.

• The movie tries its best to tune with these current times, but unfortunately it is a blatant copycat of Pixar's "Inside Out".

• The movie does not send a very good message to children, as it encourages them to become more absorbed with smartphones.

Trivia:

• According to main cast T.J. Miller, this is the fastest produced animated film in history.
